Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, emphasizing KPIs and improvement recommendations for management
Lead budgeting and forecasting for product lines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with strategic objectives
Analyze discrepancies between budgets/forecasts and actual performance, offering explanations and corrective recommendations
Oversee costing methodologies for accuracy in financial systems, working with development and supply chain teams to optimize pricing strategies
Partner with product management, marketing, sales, and operations to support product development, pricing strategies, and promotions
Assess and enhance financial control processes related to product management for increased efficiency and data accuracy
Conduct additional financial analyses and reporting for senior management to aid in strategic decision-making
Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in all financial activities related to products

Proficiency in German and English is required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIMA) are a plus
Proven experience (3+ years) in financial analysis, controlling, or a related field, preferably within a product-focused environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
