Finance Expert (UK and Ireland)

The Finance Expert's main tasks are:

• Financial accounting by steering the Group companies' offshore accounting centres
• Financial accounting monitoring in SAP system
• Completing and submitting tax declarations and handling external and internal tax audits
• Steering document flow of incoming invoices with off shore accounting centers
• Verifying invoices and ensuring correct financial accounting transactions according to the Group companies' accounting regulations
• Making financial risk assessments according to the Group companies' internal control systems
• Supporting the annual closing of accounts with offshore accounting centers
• Handling of treasury matters, e.g. confirmation of bank accounts and bank signatories
• Procurement (supplier assessment and contracting)
• Contract administration
• Facilities management
