Finance / Business Administration Specialist & HR Support Lufthansa Group Romania (m/f/d), part-time

The ideal Finance / Business Administration Specialist & HR Support Lufthansa Group Romania (m/f/d) should meet the following requirements:

• University degree (Bachelor) in Accounting, Business Administration, etc. and at least 2 years of work experience

• Vocational Training in Accounting, Business Administration, etc. and at least 5 year of work experience
• Alternatively, A-level/High School Diploma and 8 years of work experience
• Fluent knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Solid knowledge on fiscal law
• Knowledge of local Tax compliance and regulatory regulations
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office products
• SAP knowledge desirable
• Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
• Goal orientation
• Ability to deal with complex issues and prioritize
• Numeracy skills
• Courteous manner and social skills, explicit customer- and team-orientation
• Ability to instruct colleagues in technical matters
• Willingness to travel
• Tight deadlines, immediate action required on urgent cases
• Willingness to work flexible hours
