Finance & Accounting Business Process Manager (f/m/d)

• You will be a Finance and Accounting Lead for one of our major customers
• You will contribute to the stability, standardization and further improvement of the business processes in accordance with the service level agreements
• You will be in charge of process management related to the transition and onboarding of new teams in scope
• You will act as 1st level escalation point for the operation-related issues
• You will ensure that internal controls are in place and always followed by the department
• You will drive further team growth with a focus on automation and digitalization
• You will coordinate, mentor and develop a team of Team Leads
• You will be responsible for all Talent Management activities (Recruitment, Onboarding, Evaluation, Performance & Potential, Career Development) for the respective customer area
• You will assist the Business Area Lead in planning and setting of the department strategy

• At least 5 years of leadership and operations experience in a multinational corporate environment with a focus on Finance and Accounting
• Practical professional experience in the field of accounting, bookkeeping and accounting
• Experience in leading and delivering business services in a corporate environment
• Expertise in process transitions, in the stability of operations, and in the process improvement field
• Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and direct staff
• Good problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Ability to tackle complaints and resolve disputes and conflicts
• Performance management, KPI monitoring and SLA delivery
• Attention to detail and acknowledgment of Internal controls and regulations
• Confident with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams
• Sensitivity to data protection and data security
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, proactive way of working
• Teamwork commitment and communication skills
• Previous experience with SAP systems is desirable

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
