These are your tasks:
Develop a customized project template in Polarion that ensures comprehensive test coverage of all requirements.
Establish a harmonized workflow for test management across all locations, enhancing overall efficiency and consistency.
Achieve seamless traceability from customer requirements to individual component tests, ensuring that all aspects of the product are validated.
Improve documentation and visibility of test activities, supporting compliance and quality assurance processes.
Foster collaboration between the development and testing teams, leading to quicker problem resolution and higher product quality.
Who we are looking for:
You are pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and have solid experience with SQL or similar scripting languages.
You possess strong analytical skills and structured thinking to tackle complex problems effectively.
You have excellent English language skills for understanding and creating technical documentation.
Familiarity with Requirements Engineering and the V-Model is a plus.
You can work effectively in a team, communicate across departments, and demonstrate a proactive, self-driven work style with initiative and responsibility.
