Responsibilities:
1. To be familiar with China travel policy, review and check invoices for accuracy
according to China tax law, to match invoice with expense report.
2. To check the employee reimbursement booking into ERP system accurate and timely,in compliance with Voith policies and procedures.
3. Prepare the employee payment documents to payment team to perform the payment on payment day.
4. Manage employee vendor accounts - payment reconciliation. correspondence with employee vendors.
5. Resolve employee vendor issue to follow up and resolve them, offsetting cash advance payments made.
6. Prepare the VAT input data from TE function to the colleague to do the verification in tax system.
Requirements:
1. 2 or 3 years of Accounting experience with bachelor’s degree.
2. Good bookkeeping and accounting skills required.
3. Ability to gather information and accurately identify the causes of problems in work processes.
4. SAP or Oracle knowledge preferred.
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
6. Good communication skill and incisive analytical ability.
7. Mature and possess good interpersonal skill and team focused.
8. Fluent in oral and written English.
