We are seeking an experienced Executive Specialist for our Global Mobility Vendor Management Team to oversee and manage vendor relationships related to global mobility programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and overseeing that our global mobility programs align with our company's goals and objectives.
- You develop and maintain strong relationships with global mobility vendors, including relocation services providers, immigration firms and other third-party service providers. You negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure the most effective vendor billing approach globally and that terms and conditions meet the organization's requirements.
- The development and maintenance of vendor scorecards and performance metrics to track vendor performance against agreed upon targets is your responsibility. Accordingly, you continuously assess and improve vendor management processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery. Moreover, you conduct regular performance reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and working collaboratively to implement necessary changes.
- You ensure that vendors comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to global mobility services. Additionally, you identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with vendor management.
- You work closely with finance and procurement teams to manage the budget for vendor services, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards. You are responsible for ensuring prompt payment of global vendor invoices to avoid late fees and penalties.
- To facilitate that vendor services align with company goals and objectives, you collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- You stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in global mobility and vendor management.
- In collaboration with the Global Business Travel Team, you drive and develop our BASF vendor steering approach.
- bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in global mobility vendor management or related field
- strong vendor management skills, including experience negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships and vendor billing
- strong project management skills, including experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- good understanding of financial reports, global mobility programs and industry trends
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
- strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
- Gross annual salary: € 55,000 - € 59,000, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the company's success and individual performance.
- Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
