We drive mobility. Our People Services department is responsible for the demand-oriented and legally secure provision of services for all business travel and international personnel transfers, transferring BASF Employees within the group companies in the field of Global Mobility.
- You are responsible for advising and consulting the Global Community and other stakeholders on all topics related to transfer compensation.
- Your main tasks include continuous development and optimization as well as conceptual design and change management for all transferee compensation topics.
- You define and manage the implementation of technical requirements into work processes to external vendors and IT tools.
- Apart from that you steer and lead the annual merit increase and bonus round for all regional mobility centers.
- You lead, support and / or participate in projects with business units and other stakeholders with regards to transfer compensation.
- university degree, ideally with a background in business administration
- several years of HR experience, ideally in the areas of mobility and/or compensation & benefits
- successful participation in the optimization of internal processes and structures as well as projects for the continuous improvement of service quality
- strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
- proven project management experience
- Location-independent position, which can be held from any location in BASF Legal Entities
- 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options (if position is held in Germany)
- Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs
