Join our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services team as soon as possible and ensure the integrity of the production of active substances and crop protection products with us.
- You will take over the operational control of the change management in our internal database as an Management of Change coordinator.
- In order to ensure an excellent Management of Change (MoC), you will assist to further develop as well as optimize the MoC processes and share best practices.
- Furthermore, you will provide first-level support for our global MoC community, build as well as maintain a network and be responsible for monitoring and reporting on MoC activities.
- Knowledge moves us forward! You will train the MoC community on MoC processes as well as take over the documentation of processes and tasks.
- degree in natural sciences or in a technical field
- first experience in quality management and in the regulatory environment would be beneficial
- experienced handling of standard IT applications, knowledge about PowerBI is an advantage
- organized and precise way of working as well as high customer orientation
- very good communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 55.000 - 59.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the success of the company and individual performance.
