WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this position, you play a key role in a major global transformation project that will significantly shape the future setup and success of BASF's Agricultural Solutions business. As the PMO of the Change, Communication and Culture team, you oversee global change and communication initiatives and support the team in delivering results on time, within budget and with clear, impactful messaging.

• Monitoring and Tracking: You oversee the global change and communication project plan status, milestones and deadlines, including the creation of status reports and documentation of results.
• Implementation Oversight: You ensure the implementation of change and communication measures at both global and local levels. Identify potential gaps early and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Pulse Check Monitoring: The progress of pulse checks are tracked by yourself and the results summarized into comprehensive reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Support for Regional and Local Communication Teams: You provide guidance and assistance to regional and local communication teams in project-related communications.
• Representation and Point of Contact: You serve as the representative and point of contact for the work packages within the project organization (e.g. PMO community) and during meetings.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• university degree in Business Administration or a related field
• several years of project experience, as well as strong analytical skills and a solid level of conceptual thinking
• excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders 
• strong user skills in project management software (e.g. Azure DevOps) and standard applications
• implementing and managing innovation or change management initiatives in a fast-moving professional environment
