Event Marketing Assistant (Intern) (f/m/d)

• General support in organization of event-related requests and communication between the 27 Central and Eastern European markets, Porsche AG and external parties
• Realization of overall event and project management: preparation, implementation and wrap-up of international (driving) events: Driving events at various racetracks / Support in various regional and local events
• Support in the management of the regional vehicle fleet: Enabling of local and regional driving events and activities, Coordination of vehicle logistics and transportation, Customs documentation and coordination, Coordination of exchange of vehicles and damage reports, Communication with Porsche AG, markets and external providers
• On-site support during events: Representing the company and brand towards customers while ensuring participant satisfaction, Maintaining the event flow
• Contribution of own ideas and independent coordination of requests
• Preparing presentations, various overviews and tracking files

• Studies in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study
• Previous work experience, ideally within the automotive industry, desirable
• High interest in the automotive industry as well as high level of motivation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Proficiency in English, language skills in German beneficial
• Detail-oriented and accurate working attitude with organizational and time/project management skills
• Strong conceptual and communication skills and intercultural awareness
• Team oriented and an independent, pro-active working attitude
• Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment
• International driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Willingness to independently drive Porsche vehicles to and from the office for service or other business related purposes
• Individual flexibility and willingness to occasionally travel and work on weekends
