Within the HR Services EMEA department, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in EMEA.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist our recruitment efforts across Belgium and the Netherlands from Germany, helping us identify and attract top talent. Your strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, and excellent communication will be essential to your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Entry-Level Recruiter on our team, you play a key role in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout their journey.

• Provide support to the team during the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for the candidate and the hiring manager, from initial application through to successful onboarding.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews (specialist, panel, assessments) between candidates and BASF interviewers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

• Handle all employee life-cycle events and administrative tasks related to incoming inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal processes.

• Contribute to the continuous development of knowledge documentation within the Talent Acquisition team. Ensure that documentation is up to date.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or Vocational training in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Starting-level experience
• Excellent communication skills and good command of English and Dutch
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to change
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

BENEFITS

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.100 - 39.000€, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance
