Responsibilities岗位职责
- Design task 业务职责
Responsible for assigned generator product design solution and overall schedule control, ensure generator design fulfilling customer specification, design guidance and on time delivery, to keep regular reporting to team leader.
对所负责的水轮发电机产品设计，确保水轮发电机方案满足用户和公司要求，并按时完成满足预期要求的产品设计。及时向团队主管汇报项目进展情况。
- Team development 团队合作
Initiative for improvement continuously on generator engineering, technical competency for the needs of business development.
To strengthen team spirit by continuously improvement on communication and cooperation between team members and functions, to enhance work enthusiasm and efficiency.
主动改进水轮发电机设计，提高个人能力以满足业务发展需要。
通过改进与部门内部和与相关部门人员的合作沟通, 不断提高工作热情和效率。
- Engineering activity 设计工作
Familiar to generator technical solution for customer needs, including requirement, technical data, reviewing of design documents.
VH engineering process and customer specification shall be followed strictly w/t deviation unless otherwise they are tuned in advance as per sales strategy, in which the technical items to be performed and completed for projects are listed in below, but not limited.
- Generator components design;
熟悉设计方法，确保设计方案满足用户合同要求，包括技术要求及参数、技术分工、审阅水轮发电机合同的技术要求。
除非内部因需施策而事先统一过部署，必须严格按照集团设计规范流程及用户合同要求进行设计及相关工作，主要工作内容（不限于）如下：
- 水轮发电机零件设计；
- Technology Application技术应用
To apply optimized and standardized technology, design solution, methods, tools, process for projects.
Learning and support by the team to understand and apply mature and reliable generator technology for projects.
利用现有的和标准的水轮发电机技术、设计方案、设计方法及工具、工作流程及技术规范。
设计中，通过学习或借助于他人，理解、掌握和合理应用成熟可靠的水轮发电机技术和经验。
- Resource and cooperation资源利用
Cooperate and work with others to use available manpower resource, technology, applicable design solution, material, manufacturing method, inspection, to be applied for projects.
协同相关人员，充分利用有效资源，包括人员、技术、设计结构、材料、制造工艺等，为项目提供最好的技术方案。
- Special assignment专项任务
Be able to receive special assignment on task or project from upper level leaders.
能够承担上级安排的其他任务和工作。
Requirements 岗位要求：
- Academic Background 学历背景
Bachelor or above, from Electric/Mechanical Engineering
本科及以上学历，电机或机械工程类或相关专业。
- Professional experience 工作经历
Related or internship experience for heavy equipments.
相关重装设备的经验或实习经历。
- Engineering Knowledge工程技能
Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering related raw material, manufacture, etc.
具备相关工程材料、设备制造等机械产品及设计的基本知识。
- Engineering/project skill 工程设计技术
Be able to start with generator component engineering under supported by the team.
在团队支持下，能够承担水轮发电机零件设计工作。
- Engineering standard knowledge 工程设计标准
With basic knowledge of international, local generator engineering standard and its application, e.g., IEC, IEEE, ASME, GB, NB, JB…..
了解水轮发电机设计的国内外标准及其应用，主要包括IEC, IEEE, ISO, ASME, GB, NB, JB, 等技术标准和规范。
- Engineering tool skills 设计分析工具
Understand generator design tool and its application.
了解水轮发电机设计分析的工具及应用。
- IT Office Skills 办公软件技能
Master with office software such as Microsoft.
熟悉MS等。
Experience with CAD or other design software like Solid Edge.
CAD绘图软件或其他相关软件如Solid Edge的运用经验。
- Working Language Skill 语言能力
Effect in English and Chinese by writing and speaking for daily work.
中英文说写能力均有效应对日常工作。
