Employer Branding Junior Consultant – German Markets (f/m/d)

• Providing support for all social media and talent marketing activities
• Being responsible for creating various visuals, presentations, videos or reels, and editing of English and German texts for our MHP social media postings
• Managing the community and interacting with our target groups on our online channels such as Instagram and LinkedIn
• Organizing and scheduling of fairs and events for the target groups students and graduates
• Acting as the contact person and interface for internal and external stakeholders such as MHP colleagues, service providers, universities
• Supporting in day-to-day business operations and takeover of (sub-)projects

• Completed Studies
• Passion for storytelling, target group-oriented communication, online trends and event management
• Expertise in tools like Canva, Adobe, CapCut & Premiere Pro and event/fair organisation
• Your working method is characterized by strong organisational and communications skills, creativity, reliability and outside the box thinking
• German language (spoken & written) B2 minum

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English and German
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
