About IB Transformation/ Data & Process Management/ Chief Administrative Office (CAO):Are you passionate about transforming investment banking? We recruit for a range of challenging roles in the areas of Investment Bank:

Our IB Transformation team defines and leads the IB Transformation Book of Work, managing projects from inception to delivery. We handle a diverse portfolio, including strategic, regulatory and control improvement projects. As member in our team, you will be addressing IB’s concerns and vision by driving change.
We also welcome students to join us in Frankfurt, where we manage business processes and data for the Investment Bank, covering FIC and O&A globally. Our work as Data & Process Management team includes non-financial risk management, data governance, and data remediation.
As a key part of the Investment Bank, we connect business, product areas, and other divisions, supporting a wide range of tasks across Germany and Continental Europe. Our responsibilities as CAO include space management, crisis management, business continuity planning, people strategies, and more, offering a comprehensive view of the bank's operations.
About your role:Given our German roots and dominant market share in Germany, we have the broadest range of roles in Frankfurt compared with our investment banking peers.
As part of the Internship Programme, you can expect:
- Lead and manage independent projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Gain hands-on experience in process and data management, focusing on non-financial risk and transformation.
- Collaborate on global deliverables, covering FIC and O&A products and services.
- Engage in data governance, remediation, and analytics.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and develop a broad skillset.
What we look for:We look for high potential candidates who:
- Do you have knowledge of the banking sector and an interest in in holistic Investment Bank deliverables across central functions?
- Have you possibly already gained some practical experience in a company or a consulting firm and ideally have project management experience?
- Are your communication skills strong, and are you fluent in both spoken and written German and English?
- Do you have excellent knowledge of common office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel?
- Can you quickly and flexibly familiarize yourself with various topics and global workgroups?
- Are you an organizational talent with an independent and proactive working style?
- Are you a responsible, committed individual with excellent analytical skills?
