Deputy Station Manager

The ideal Deputy Station Manager should meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree desirable
• 3-5 years of work experience in the airline industry
• 2-3 years of work experience in ground handling

• Leadership experience desired
• He/she has a passion for excellent service and promotes its delivery on a sustainable basis
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills required
• Knowledge of German and/or Swedish language desirable
• Knowledge of airport procedures and processes
• Successful completion of Training in Passenger Service and/or Aircraft Handling (including but not limited to DCS systems)
• PC and aviation specific supported software /tools (including all MS Office programs) skills required
• Project management and strategic thinking desirable
• Must possess permit to work in Sweden
• Willingness to travel
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to work shifts
• This position is available at 80%-100% FTE, depending on the candidate's availability and preference
