Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    • Drive growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities in the CX domain.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of CX opportunities by leveraging your network and industry expertise.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine compelling CX solutions and proposals.
    • Lead proposal development and presentation efforts, ensuring alignment with client needs and MHP’s strategic goals.
    • Negotiate contracts and oversee the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
  • CX Offerings: Coordinate the offering process for CX-related proposals, from initial opportunity identification to a signed Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Innovation: Identify market trends, customer challenges, and emerging technologies to enhance MHP’s CX offerings.
  • Client Engagements: Execute CX-focused projects, analyzing current situations, identifying root causes, and implementing innovative concepts and deliverables.
  • Leadership: Lead and coach project teams, serve as the primary liaison to client management, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

QualificationsQualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in consulting or the automotive or manufacturing sector (consulting preferred).
  • 3+ years of project management experience, including leading teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Proven track record in business development, including identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies, with experience in process and system analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and visualization tools like PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Visio and MIRO is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus).

Percentage of required travel: up to 100%

Physical requirements:

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.

The salary range for this role is $115,000-$130,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
