Customer Service Specialist II
Appleton, WI

Your tasks:

  • Receive customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Quotations (technical, commercial, and pricing)
  • Creation of service and spare parts quotes according to customer specifications or parts list.
  • Clarification of purchase prices of spare parts according to the design and price list.
  • Orders (technical and commercial)
  • Complaints + nonconformities (technical clarification with application technology, commercial clarification with sales)
  • General technical clarifications (customer and production)
  • Interface between Applications Engineering – Production – Design – Customer
  • Handling of Shipping / Logistics

Your profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Navigating various computer software programs and capable data entry skills.
  • Collaborates well with colleagues, customer resources and production to deliver products in a timely manner.
  • Willing to accept new tasks based on the needs of the business / region.
  • Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with regional sales/service team, application engineers and customers.
  • Customer service experience or similar required.
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple, complex tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
  • Occasionally required to handle and repack products
