Your tasks as Customer Service Project Manager, Mobile Engine Services Americas (YYC) may include, among others:

  • Acceptance and coordination of customer inquiries
  • Develop, issue, and negotiate proposals, including coordination with MES product lines
  • Negotiate and conclude single contracts
  • All customer communication, engine shipment management
  • Prepare Engine inductions and/or field interventions for On-Wing and On-Site activities
  • Coordination of induction dates and field team events
  • Preparation of cost estimates
  • Check and coordinate work scope with customer supported by engineering
  • Internal order management into MES repair stations
  • Open, control, and close Repair Orders for MES Repair Stations
  • Event status monitoring and reporting towards customer
  • Clarification and coordination of technical and commercial issues
  • Analysis calculation of event profits/losses

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree desirable
  • Minimum 3 years of successful high level technical Customer Services track record required
  • Customer Service experience in a technical environment required
  • Experience in aircraft gas turbine engines is a plus
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German and other language desirable
  • Knowledge of LH Group capability, procedures, EDP systems and processes of advantage desirable
  • MS Office and SAP as user
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent reliability
  • Excellent responsibility
  • Responsible of costs and revenue
  • Willingness to travel
  • Manage constant time pressure
  • Manage high stress levels
  • Must possess permit to work in Canada
