CRM Coordinator

• Improving the use of the system with the customer relations strategy to ensure the availability of relevant and qualitative data in the central and eastern European markets.
• Coordination and Realization of Predictive Marketing projects such as Sales Prediction and Churn Prediction.
• Steering, Supporting and Monitoring of the markets by implementing and developing market individual Customer Churn Prevention programs.
• Coordination of the Customer Churn Prevention program in the PCEE region by acting as interface between Porsche AG and PCEE markets.
• Monitoring and Reporting of the Customer Excitement Committee with the focus on Porsche satisfaction strategy.
• Initiation and execution of customer studies, like Brand Monitoring, to gain customers and competitor insights leading to the identification of potentials in the PCEE region.
• Support After Sales in the implementation of loyalty campaigns.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration (or similar)
• Preferably 2 years of professional experience in a customer relations environment
• Enthusiasm for Customer excitement and absolute Customer-oriented perspective
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working characteristics
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, German is a plus
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good skills in database management appreciated, experience with SAP is a plus
• Excellent presentation skills & techniques
• Positive and self-confident personality to deal with dealer management
• Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment
