Crew Management Systems & BI Developer (80-100%, all genders)

The Crew Management Systems team is responsible for maintaining and advancing our state-of-the-art crew planning & operations systems, with the goal of ensuring stable and reliable flight operations and supporting our users through all layers of the crew planning process.

• Develop airline tailored business logic to support crew planners and crew operations with requirement specification, issue identification and analysis, design,
  coding, testing and implementation.
• Ensure reliability, compliance and performance of the Crew Management Systems using a wide array of software tools (e.g. Eclipse, Mercurial/Git etc.).
• Building, maintaining and further developing relationships with users, IT and providers.
• Communicate and document changes and improvements to the users and enable user self-sufficiency wherever possible.
• Analyse existing processes and procedures and improve/automate day-to-day tasks.
• Support our planning departments in optimization and operations research.
• Drive innovation and new ideas in the crew management and flight operations area.
