Corporate Bank - Product Management Specialist (f/m/x)
Position Overview
Details of the Division and Team:
Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank Payment Initiation Product team drives the strategy around how the bank receives payment instructions from clients and provides transparency around the payment status till receipt by beneficiaries. The team partners with designers and technology to develop innovative solutions to enhance the client's experience with our digital payment platforms.
As a VP of Product Management for Payment Initiation, you will work with the Product team to define our online and bulk payment solutions; and identify solutions to influence our customers to adopt the latest payment formats as per industry standard.
Your key responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and compliance, to define, design and prioritize payment initiation features and requirements.
Operate as a global key contact point for various country payment formats. Support client requests for format acceptance and work with the end to end payments team to ensure we are operational ready.
Work with control functions to ensure that the product is compliant.
Using a data driven approach, understand client behaviours and identify a solution to influence clients to adopt our latest digital payment solutions.
Orchestrate the agile ceremonies together with Scrum Master to build an agile development and delivery environment.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders to provide updates on product roadmap and collect client flagged product gaps.
Understand market trends and customer needs and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
Your skills and experience:
Several years’ experience in payments, and experience in product management
Experience required in analysis of multi-country payment requirements and regulatory frameworks
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies with proven experience as Product Owner in managing complex product backlogs in global squads.
Ability to articulate business value and tradeoffs of activities undertaken
Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to operate in a non-process driven environment.
Fluent in Mandarin and English verbally and written; Knowledge of German is desirable
