Connected Car & My Porsche Specialist

• Rollout of My Porsche app and further connectivity solutions (e.g., Connect Services, Mobility Services) among the 28 markets of the PCEE region and establishment, coordination and monitoring of all related initiatives, pilot projects and business processes.
• Product management of Porsche Connect services in cooperation with relevant Porsche AG departments and markets to ensure an attractive product substance for all current and future model series (e.g., Infotainment, Navigation, Remote, Over-the-Air).
• Responsibility to enhance the Porsche Connect and My Porsche customer experience including development and coordination of all relevant platforms (e.g., My Porsche, Connect Store, Apps).
• Technical support and coordination of Connect related issues between importers and Porsche AG Smart Mobility support/ Porsche Smart Mobility GmbH.
• Monitoring, reporting and development of central and regional KPIs related to Porsche Connect.
• Proactive and solution-oriented communication partner between headquarter departments as well as importers and dealers with the aim of constant improvement of customer experiences with Connect services.
• Adaptation of central Porsche strategies in relation to Connect services and Smart Mobility to local market and customer needs.
• Implementation of trainings to professionalize local Connect processes and enhance Porsche Connect and My Porsche knowledge of the importer/dealer personnel.
• Coordination of regional marketing activities for Connect and E-Mobility services.
• Willingness to travel within the PCEE region and beyond, i.e., for importer/dealer meetings, workshops, congresses, trainings.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in (International) Business, Management, Automotive Technology, or equivalent education.
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in automotive, preferably in an international environment.
• High interest in the automotive industry with a focus on new technologies as well as further development of connected vehicles and Smart Mobility concepts.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and accurate working attitude.
• Strong analytical and communication skills as well as intercultural awareness.
• Team oriented and independent pro-active working attitude.
• Ability to work simultaneously on various projects in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
• Excellent English skills; German skills are highly advantageous.
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint); knowledge of tools such as Confluence and Power BI beneficial.
• Previous Porsche experience (headquarters and/or abroad) and first knowledge regarding Porsche Connect and E-Mobility highly beneficial.
