岗位职责：
- 商务投标文件的整理和制作；
- 商务销售合同的起草及审核；
- 合同的风险评估及风险管理；
- 商务合同细节的磋商；
- 项目合同的商务执行（保函、信用证、协议等事宜的处理）；
- 通过合同条件和执行确保收款及现金流安全；
- 合同变更和索赔的处理和管理；
- 进出口项目合同的处理和风险管理；
- 外汇风险的管理；
- 商业保险出险的处理和管理；
- 订单的SAP系统操作；
- 订单及现金流的数据整理与汇报；
- 外汇收付的数据管理与汇报；
- 合同争议条款的法律解读；
- 协调德国总部的合同及合同执行事宜；
- 协调进出口物流事宜；
- 出差与客户磋商。
岗位要求：
- 本科；
- 西语语言学、国际贸易或法律专业；
- 有大型设备项目工作经验为佳；
- 英语听说读写能力；
- 国际贸易知识；
- 熟练使用微软办公室软件；
- 具备一定的法律知识为佳
