The tribe Ecosystem & Frontend Platforms build the backbone for all new business services within the online banking.
Based on google cloud infrastructure the tribe is providing any service starting with the application core of each online banking web or app, building and releasing the new software components generated by the business functional oriented tribes, as well as any service required for the customer access management and administration, notification services and security services e.g. multifactor authentication and fraud prevention.

As a CIAM Foundation Business & Functional Analyst you will be responsible to creation of consolidated requirement specifications for customer online access and their lifecycle (incl. migration assistance, reconciliation and entitlement management).

Your key responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end processes and solutions related to the digital entitlements and  lifecycle of a customer in the various online banking channels

• Communicate and specify with stakeholders across the bank (various development teams, different business divisions, legal, communications etc.)

• Work on the design and specification for complex onlinebanking data migrations of DB brands ensuring highest quality of migration traceability and customer experience during this process

• Create consolidated requirement specification across teams (eg. Identity and Access Mngt, Customer Administration and support units)

Your skills and experiences

• Excellent analytical and communicational skills, proactive and able to work independently.

• Like to question existing processes and keen to work on new topics.

• Even in critical phases of a project you are able to stay calm and remain a high level of quality.

• Technical affine and have knowledge about online banking processes, microservice architecture and cloud based solutions – specially in the area of customer lifecycle, entitlement procedures, Oauth and OpenID-connect

• Experience in working with Jira and Confluence and agile working methods.
