Change and Communication Consultant for Senior Project NGBA (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Here at NGBA ´Change & Communication`, you will work in a global and interdisciplinary project team across Global Digital Services and other BASF units to build and implement successful change journeys and share consistent communication towards our stakeholders. We believe that effective communication is essential to ensure that our stakeholders are committed to make a valuable contribution to NGBA.

• You will develop suitable messages and material to create awareness and foster understanding of the main NGBA aspects for our stakeholders (S/4HANA, Adherence to Standard, User Experience thereof, benefits and challenges).
• Furthermore, you will, develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support change initiatives and collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and translate technical information into clear, concise, as well as engaging communication materials.
• You will create and deliver presentations, newsletters, and other communication materials to keep stakeholders informed about project progress as well as changes and manage communication channels, including intranet, email, and social media, to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
• Moreover, you will support stakeholder analysis and co-develop strategies to address their concerns and needs as well as contribute to learning activities for project resources and key users to help them adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Last but not least, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field, a technical background or degree is highly preferred
• proven experience in change management and communication within a technical environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technical information into clear and engaging content
• proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Copilot, Azure as well as communication tools and platforms, including Teams and SharePoint
• experience with website development tools and content management systems
• familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques and the understanding of IT infrastructure and software development processes
• ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams as well as build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
