As a Capacity Planner at Amazon Transportation Services, you’ll be an expert in deep diving into our business data and presenting it in a clear, useful way. - Build and present Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) growth strategy
- Build partner profitability models and scenarios beyond core capacity growth
- Create flex demand allocation tenets
- Build a tractor utilization management model and identify opportunities to improve tractor utilization
- Analyse data around KPIs to generate forward looking plans to present to senior stakeholders in the Operations business
-Partner with Operations and Carriers to build peak scaling strategy
- Build visualisation tools and dashboards to analyse and create reports for your team to drive action around KPIs
- Create or improve internal dashboards that give your colleagues better visibility of task-related data

Using air, sea and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, you’ll help Amazon’s transport run at maximum efficiency. - A bachelor's degree
- Proven experience working in an analytical role, driving business strategy and growth using strategy, operational knowledge, and analytical skills
- Relevant experience in analysing large data sets, data quality, and data warehousing to identify improvement opportunities
- Relevant experience creating dashboards using Excel, SQL, and visualisation tools
- Advanced or master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems or another technical field
- Experience in working with Operational, Supply Chain or Logistics teams
- Tableau/SQL/Python/VBA/Power BI
