Avionics System Engineer (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US:

• You coordinate customer-related activities regarding the avionics architecture and the qualification process of different system variants.
• You independently revise and prepare the relevant avionics system requirements and qualification documents.
• You develop avionics system concepts and system design changes.
• You are responsible for problem report analysis and ensuring traceability.
• You identify and document key stakeholder needs, overall system capabilities, roles and responsibilities in the project.

YOU CONVINCE US WITH:

• Degree in electrical or aerospace engineering, or a comparable field with at least 5 years of work experience in Avionics (military or commercial) Systems Engineering, especially in system integration, testing/verification and Model Based Systems.
• Proficiency with various system engineering tools such as IBM DOORS.
• Experience with mentoring of technical project teams (3-5 employees).
• Willingness and ability to carry out a background check in accordance with LuftSiG §7 and to obtain a security clearance Ü2.
• High level of initiative, flexibility, and commitment, with the ability to independently travel to different customer premises.
• Very good knowledge of English is essential, German skills are an advantage.
