Work Environment

The “Development Chassis Systems” division at Audi is at the forefront of engineering Level 3 systems, which encompass Wheel and Wheel Guidance, Steering, and Braking mechanisms. These systems form the cornerstone of Audi’s signature driving dynamics, contributing significantly to the exhilarating driving experience and customer delight. Within this strategic development sphere, innovative technologies are being crafted. These advancements not only enhance the current lineup but also lay the groundwork for the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles, thereby redefining the automotive experience for customers. This visionary approach ensures that Audi remains synonymous with pioneering mobility solutions that captivate and inspire.

Job Purpose/Role
  • You will complete a first project within your target field virtual development.
  • In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.
  • In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
  • You will engage in various working groups within the AGGP Community
  • After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field virtual development.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
  • University degree from an accredited university in technical, scientific, or engineering studies

  • Above-average academic performance

  • Very good knowledge in technical mechanics, control and system theory and experience in modeling and simulation with Matlab/Simulink are important

  • Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad

  • Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships

  • Fluent English and German at least at the level B1/B2.

  • Relevant extra-curricular commitment
