The agency sales model, new products and/or digital services are just a few examples of the directions to be considered.

Facing one of the most disruptive time periods for the automotive industry, we are actively shaping the transformation in the area of marketing & sales.

We are responsible for the holistic sales strategy of AUDI AG and are defining the overall strategy for the marketing & sales area in alignment with the AUDI AG corporate strategy as well as the VW Group sales strategy. We furthermore drive the operationalization of the strategy and follow-up strategic initiatives to shape the transformation of the sales division.

Job Purpose/Role
  • You will complete a first project within your target field Sales Transformation.
  • In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad and another at another company of the VW Group in Germany. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position.
  • In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
  • You will engage in various working groups within the AGGP Community
  • After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field Sales Transformation.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
  • University degree from an accredited university in Economics or similar required

  • Above-average academic performance

  • Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad

  • Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships

  • In the best case practical experience in the consulting industry

  • Sales business know-how / interest

  • Fluent English; minimum intermediate German – preferably fluent

  • Relevant extra-curricular commitment

  • Passion for future mobility solutions
