University degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or digital business or similar required with specialization in strategic corporate management, innovation management or digital innovation and corporate leadership required.

Above-average academic performance

Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad

Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships

Fluent English and business fluent German language required
