University degree from an accredited university in Sustainable Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar required -Ideally, previous experience in the field of polymer component development and construction

Above-average academic performance

You are convincing both in working on topics independently and as part of a highly qualified and highly motivated team

You are characterized by a high level of motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, organizational skills and intercultural competence

Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad

Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships

Fluent English and German (at least B2)
