PROGRAM OVERVIEW
As a Sales Trainee for the Automotive Adhesive Technologies, you will embark on a 12-month rotational graduate program across Europe. From day one, you will enjoy the security of a permanent contract and a clear path for your future with Henkel. The target position for this role is in the French Sales team of our Automotive Adhesive Technologies team, a business unit that plays a key role in adhesive solutions the Dynamic market of Automotive and Mobility. During the program, you will experience various Marketing & Sales roles, receive mentoring, and build connections with peers, mentors, and senior leaders. You will be supported throughout your journey, ensuring a smooth transition into your long-term role with unique growth opportunities and international experiences. Proficiency in French and English is required for this position.
