Aircraft Operations Supervisor

The Aircraft Operations Supervisor is responsible for:

• Supports the implementation of local/regional operations business plan and worldwide handling strategy
• Monitors operational performance for LCAG products
• Develops process improvements in export/import cargo services
• Ensures subcontractor performance and requests corrective actions
• Manages warehouse installations, stock keeping, DGR compliance, and TSA/FAA regulations
• Issues communication related to imports/exports and special products
• Optimizes the means of communication between local units & key interfaces
• Leads the team and ensures employee development and safety
• Assigns tasks and coordinates schedules of Operations Agents in order to safely handle our aircraft in accordance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations
