Merchant Solutions Technology

The Merchant Solutions Technology group provides the Corporate Bank with a dedicated team that capitalizes on the rapidly evolving technology industry to provide our clients new products and innovation to meet their growing needs within an Agile FinTech-like setup. We deliver innovative products such as our Cards Issuing Platform.

As part of our new team at the Berlin Tech Hub you will work closely with our business stakeholders and product managers to build and enhance our Agile environment. In this role, you will serve as the pivotal facilitator between our business and technical delivery squads, fostering an agile environment that promotes effective collaboration and execution across a broad spectrum of agile delivery experience. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless communication, maintaining a consistent workflow, achieving high throughput, upholding service stability, and delivering exceptional customer value.

As an Agile Delivery Manager (m/f/x) you will be responsible for end to end ownership of our tribe wide agile delivery processes coupled with key result tracking, reporting and communication.

Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify strategic key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proofs and management consulting analysis

• Oversee tribe-wide Agile processes, including Quarterly Business Review (QBR) planning and sprint coordination, in partnership with Technology Leads, Product Owners, Product Managers  to orchestrate comprehensive delivery plans, while managing scope, costs, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies

• Execution of program and project management, e.g .: project delivery, timelines / milestones, project progress monitoring, status reports

• Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones

• Enhancing the existing Agile culture of the tribe through coaching and leadership, combining training and collaboration alongside processes and tools, to push the tribe further along its Agile transformation and delivery model

Your skills and experiences

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, e.g. business, innovation, information systems or computer science or equivalent education and experience; specialization/ additional degree/ certification in agile or project management is a plus

• Strong Experience in Agile and Lean practices (e.g. Kanban, ScrumBan, Lean, Lean Six Sigma). and other Agile delivery processes / tools within a strategic delivery environment

• Mental flexibility and resilience, analytical, structured as well as solution-oriented thinking, highly self-motivated and independent as well as fast comprehension skill

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; German language knowledge would be a plus
