Execute administrative functions in support of Technical Training projects including the refinement of file structures and process efficiency improvements. Additionally, assist on an ad-hoc basis with various training processes and issues.

Roles & responsibilities
- Evaluate structure of information stored in shared drive and develop a more efficient structure.
- Observe and evaluate current processes to find efficiencies.
- Document process efficiencies in text and diagram form.
- Assist with business tasks related to budgeting, vehicle usage, and curriculum planning
- Assist with invoices, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders
- Audit fleet management documentation to insure it is current
- Provide ad-hoc assistance on projects
Qualifications
Required qualifications include:
- Required to work at OPD at least 50% of the time.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Economics, Education, Finance, Computer Science or IT. (minimum of 3 years completed)
Preferred qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite applications
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel functions including light VBA coding.
- Background or knowledge in the automotive field is preferred, but not required.
Preferred skills include:
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Analytical thinking skills that can comprehend the big picture and drill down to the details.
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
