TasksTasks
  • Develop and implement an After Sales training and qualification strategy/program (technical, non-technical) for PCEE region.
  • Holistic planning, management, implementation, and coordination (incl. reporting) of the After Sales training and qualification activities (face-to-face and online).
  • Ensure appropriate e-performance related technical high-voltage qualification (HVT/HVE) for all Porsche Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) & Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV). Support in the Analysis of the Sales Market Performance
  • Overseeing implementation of training, qualification initiatives, programs, and projects (e.g. Certified Porsche Technician (CPT) program).
  • Coordination & steering of the technical and non-technical After Sales training and qualification activities (e.g. After Sales Manager Qualification) as well as related programs and projects across the PCEE Training Hubs (incl. evaluation and Quality Assurance of external trainers).
  • Management of the Regional Training Center in Prague.
  • Participate in Global Trainer Qualification Program & meetings related to AS Training.
  • Conduct targeted face-to-face and online training courses to ensure efficiency and quality of knowledge and skill transfer.
  • Be a representative of the Porsche Brand.
QualificationsQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Automotive Technology.
  • Min. 5 years of professional retail and technical experience in the automotive industry, good understanding of the non-technical After Sales business area.
  • Detailed understanding of high-voltage (HV) technology and systems with the ability to obtain High Voltage Expert (HVE) Technician certificate.
  • High degree of intercultural competence, positivity, self-motivation, service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, systematic and solution-oriented manner.
  • Ability to reliably manage diverse projects and tasks simultaneously and high degree of stress resilience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and mediation skills.& intercultural awareness
  • Proficiency in English; language skills in German or Russian beneficial.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and related IT skills.
