Your Role:
- You use CAD programs to create concepts and detailed designs of aerospace products and components, focusing on airframe development, systems improvement and equipment integration to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technologies that shape the future of aerospace.
- You analyze the requirements, capabilities and performance of new and existing products.
- You verify the compliance of the requirements and apply relevant industrial standards, playing a key role in ensuring the reliability and innovation of aerospace systems.
- You draft detailed multi-view drawings of products and components.
- You work together with the customer, communicate with them regarding technical decisions and work progress and act as a coach for junior design engineers, creating an atmosphere that fosters collaboration, mentorship and personal growth.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed bachelor’s or master's degree in Aerospace or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ work experience in the aerospace industry with focus on EWIS, wiring diagrams or harness design, combined with extensive knowledge of aerospace processes, requirements, and methods that contribute to impactful, cutting-edge aerospace solutions.
- Good knowledge of electrical CAD (Catia V5/SEE Electrical/Mentor, Capital Logic), experience with 3DX is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement - we look forward to encouraging you in new areas.
- Fluent in German and/or English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
- Possession of the nationality of a NATO member state is a mandatory requirement.
