Active Directory Engineer with German - Manager (f/m/d)

• Implement and maintain authentication protocols, including Kerberos, LDAP and SSO
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure security policies are enforced
• Configure Azure AD features like MFA, Conditional Access and synchronize with on-prem AD via Azure AD Connect
• Oversee Active Directory replication, ensuring data consistency and resolving replication issues
• Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) efforts and ensure compliance with security standards
• Troubleshoot Active Directory issues, manage disaster recovery, and implement backup strategies
• Plan and execute AD migrations, upgrades, and hybrid cloud integrations

• 7 years of Active Directory experience (including 3 years in Azure AD)
• Advanced level of German and English
• Expertise in hybrid AD environments, IAM, and security best practices
• Design, deploy, and manage on-premises and cloud-based (Azure AD) Active Directory environments
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Proven troubleshooting skills, including replication issue resolution and disaster recovery

Nice-to-have:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator)
