Accounts Payable with German - Consultant (f/m/d)

• You will check the formal correctness of invoices according to the German VAT regulation and internal controls
• You will carry out general ledger account assignments for finance invoices
• You will post the invoices in SAP, and you will verify factual account assignment
• You will create the debit notes/credit notes
• You will offer support in operational day-to-day business, including obtaining invoice approvals
• You will check and, if necessary, add master data (e.g. bank data, etc.)
• You will check and process documents in digitized form using scanning software

• At least 6 months up to 2 years of professional experience within the Finance and Accounting domain
• Accounts payable experience is a big plus for the Candidate but not mandatory
• Attention to detail and acknowledgment of internal controls and regulations
• Sensitivity to data protection and data security
• Analytical solid understanding and transfer skills in implementing process flows
• High level of personal responsibility, initiative, structured work, and reliability
• Confident user of the MS Office programs
• Teamwork commitment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
