Assist the accounting department with various routine accounting activities and special projects.

Roles & responsibilities
- Prepare and upload daily Lemans journal entries.
- Prepare daily dealer funding & ACH reconciliation file for Treasury.
- Perform daily LM216 & LMDCR data conversion for daily cash reconciliation.
- Perform weekly Refund and Thru-bill & EOT bill processes in V8.
- Perform weekly manual termination and upfront sales tax & FL surcharge in V8.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for Porsche Financial Services North America (PFSNA) entities
- Other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Accounting or related majors at the Junior or Senior level
- Previous accounting related experience preferred
- Minimum coursework includes at least 3 accounting courses
- Minimum 3.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for at least six months duration
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required
- Extensive personal computer skills in Microsoft Office products required (esp MS Excel, Access, and Powerpoint)

Works with: PFS Employees (North America and Germany)
PCNA and PAG Employees
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
