As an Account Manager (m/f/d) you will help Sellers to launch on Fulfilment by Amazon and support them accelerate their business with our logistic solution. You will analyze existing processes and work out improvements, especially against the background of Seller satisfaction of our service and operational processes. You will also work with various international teams to implement improvement measures that contribute significantly to the growth of Amazon Marketplace. Key job responsibilities
What can you expect as an Account Manager (m/f/d)?
- As a central contact person, you enjoy providing competent support to our Sellers (this is done in a time-limited account management approach)
- You constantly monitor the success of your portfolio by means of detailed evaluations
- You proactively participate in the implementation of trainings, webinars and conferences
- You work closely with the central teams (i.e. logistics, marketing) to review the Sellers' experience and develop suitable improvement measures
- Through weekly analyses (evaluation and database queries) you check the success of the 'Fulfilment by Amazon' program and initiate measures to optimize results if necessary
- Native level, fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is an essential requirement
- Some experience in business development, sales and/or account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Sense for new trends and strong customer orientation
- Willing to perform and enjoy making decisions within a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Very good knowledge of Excel, preferably also knowledge of databases and CRM tools
- Degree (Bachelor/Master), preferably in fields of business administration / economics or comparable courses of studies
- Proven track record maintaining client relationships and achieving monthly/quarterly Sales/Account Management targets
- Proven experience in conducting business reviews and stakeholder management (e.g. through contributions within a Subject Matter Expert role)
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not essential
- Experience with databases, SQL and CRM tools is advantageous but not essential
