How we can help you
We offer a rotational, three-year Sales and Marketing graduate programme to prepare you to become an expert in your chosen career path and a future leader of our business. From the outset, we’ll assign you to a Home Function in either Sales or Consumer Marketing. This will shape the rotations you’ll carry out – each of which will be challenging, rewarding and varied.
If you’re assigned to our Sales Home Function, you’ll complete your first year in our Field Sales team – learning how to sell our brands and collaborate with our customers. After this, you’ll complete a rotation either as an Account Executive – developing your account management skills – or a rotation in Customer Marketing - collaborating with major retailers to influence how shoppers interact with our brands.
To be successful, you’ll need to be adaptable, confident and willing to challenge the status quo. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for problem-solving and an ability to build great relationships, this is the Home Function for you.
If you’re assigned to our Consumer Marketing Home Function, you’ll complete your first year in our Field Sales team – we believe the best marketers are those who have had experience in sales. After this, you’ll complete two, one-and-a-half year rotations working as an Assistant Brand Manager - collaborating on branding projects or advertising campaigns for one of our brands.
To be successful, you’ll need to be a creative thinker, great at building relationships and enjoy managing projects from start to finish. If you have an appetite to create the future of our brands, drive and tenacity, this is the Home Function for you.
Our commitment to your future
We know how important it is to provide you with the right development opportunities and level of support to build your confidence and enable your success. As a graduate on our programme, we’ll give you outstanding training, support from a dedicated buddy and mentor, and real challenges from day one. To add to this, you’ll join our network of graduates across Western Europe for your induction at our global headquarters in London and for annual development events in major European cities.
As expected, we offer a competitive salary, a happy work/life balance and great benefits to help you live life to the full. No wonder we’re among the world’s most admired companies to work for.
